Day 1: Arrive Calgary
The itinerary provides airport pickup service. Please provide flight information at least 3 days in advance:
1) Complimentary airport pickup service at Calgary International Airport (YYC) is available at 10:00/12:00/14:00/16:00/18:00/20:00. Upon arrival, please proceed to the 【Westar Service Counter】located at Gate 5 on the Arrivals Level to confirm your pick-up information.
2) Hotel shuttle service is available for flights arriving between 6:00-9:00 AM and 22:00-23:00 PM. This complimentary service departs once every hour. If you are unable to take the designated shuttle, we will coordinate the next available shuttle for you according to the hotel shuttle availability.
3) Private car airport pick-up service is available on a Pre-paid basis: for flights arriving between 7:00-22:00. The first two passengers will be charged $90 CAD plus tax, and each additional passenger will be charged $20 CAD plus tax. Please be aware that there is a maximum of four people per order.
** If pick-up service is included in the guest's itinerary, please be sure to provide accurate flight information. Any inaccurate information provided resulting in errors for the pick-up service; the travel agency reserves the right to provide second transfer services with an additional charge (according to the paid private car airport pick up service fee) or coordinate the next available pickup according to the availability

The Surprise corner is named after its spectacular views of the majestic Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel that is cozily nestled at the heart of a dense forest with the beautiful Sulphur Mountain as a backdrop. This beautiful scene is elevated with Bow River cascading down into the Bow Falls as a foreground. The magnificent scene at Surprise Corner will make you feel as if you have travelled into a fairytale story.
Located 2.7 km from the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel is Bow Falls. The astounding scene and the powerful sound of aqua green water crashing over limestone is truly a remarkable experience. The bow falls is a shallow but wide waterfall on the bow river. Several Hollywood films of the 1950s were filmed here! Famous Hollywood star Marilyn Monroe once was swept over the bow falls as they filmed for “River of No Return.”
On a clear day, taking a gondola is a great activity for families, groups, and couples. Once up top, savour the sweeping vistas, explore the many hiking opportunities, or relax with a meal on the roof of the Rockies.
Visit the birthplace of Banff National Park, Cave and Basin National Historic Site. Discover the hot water that seeps from the rocks, smell the minerals as you adventure through the thermal mineral springs. Day 3: Banff - Bow Lake - Peyto Lake - Johnston Canyon - Banff

Embark on a spectacular journey through the heart of the Canadian Rockies with this exciting itinerary. Begin your adventure in Calgary, then travel through the charming town of Canmore before heading to the iconic Banff National Park. Your first stop is Bow Lake, where you can take in the serene beauty of the surroundings for 15 minutes on the icefield parkway.
Next, Peyto Lake, known for its vibrant turquoise color and spectacular views. As you continue your journey, pass by the magnificent Crowfoot Glacier. Enjoy a relaxing lunch stop, where a set lunch is available for an additional fee.
Conclude your adventure with a hike of Johnston Canyon, where you can marvel at the dramatic limestone cliffs and cascading waterfalls.
Located along the Icefields Parkway, approximately 40km north of Lake Louise is the vibrant glacier-fed lake, Peyto Lake. The lake is nestled in majestic mountain ranges which lie on each of its sides. This jaw dropping view is the best reward for an intense scrambling hike. The scenery on the viewpoint looks as if it is a carefully painted piece of art. Peyto Lake’s beauty is comparable with the famous Moraine Lake without as many crowds.
Attached to the Northeast side of the Crowfoot Mountain and overlooking the Bow Lake lies the Crowfoot Glacier. This huge mass of ice was named a century ago because its appearance resembled that of a three-toed crowfoot. Be sure to take lots of photos because the next time you visit Crowfoot Glacier, it might not look the same anymore!
Exploring the thundering falls and icy cliffs of Johnston Canyon make the classic winter hike a must-do experience for every visit to Banff National Park.
The winter schedule and itinerary could be impacted by extreme weather and road conditions, while we may make necessary adjustments. We appreciate your understanding in case of any delays or changes.
This is a combined bus tour. Additional pickup and drop-off locations may be added to the tour.
The following conditions apply to cancellations and changes:
- Reduce the number of participants on the same booking
- Cancel the entire booking
- Change the itinerary
- Change the departure date but keep the same itinerary
1. Within 16 days of departure, there will be no refunds for changes or cancellations of an entire booking (including but not limited to: activities, meals, tickets, pre-paid items, and accommodations in the itinerary).
2. You will be charged a service fee of CAD$50 per change per booking for cancellations or modifications made more than or 16 days before departure (Refundable for activities and catering).
The following conditions apply to booking modifications:
- Increase the number of travelers in the itinerary（Depending on resource availability corresponding to the itinerary dates）
- Modify the name of a traveler participating in the itinerary.
No changes will be made within 16 days before departure.
You will be charged a service fee of CAD$50 per change per booking for changes, or modifications made more than or 16 days before departure.
When modifying your booking, you may be charged for any service fees, penalties, or additional costs due to resource circumstances.
If you need to cancel or modify your booking for any reason, a bank wire fee, merchandise fee, credit card service fee, etc., will be deducted from your refund.
Any changes or cancellations must be made through email or fax. Verbal changes or cancellations are not accepted.
